Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, so I therefore respectfully ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If I receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Less than 24 hours or ‘No shows’ will be charged the full cost of the treatment and any future appointments will be cancelled until debt is paid.

I completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and I’d like to assure you that I will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, I have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of late cancellations and no shows that have occurred over the last 12 months, resulting in many hundreds of pounds and precious time being lost throughout year.
